如是新鮮原代細(xì)胞，客戶收到細(xì)胞后應(yīng)立即將其放入CO2細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)箱內(nèi)靜置3-4個小時，再進(jìn)行后續(xù)的實驗操作；如是凍存細(xì)胞， 客戶收到細(xì)胞后應(yīng)立即將其放入液氮、-80℃冰箱或立即進(jìn)行復(fù)蘇。
